A villa in Gallipoli's Baia Verde neighborhood on Via delle Mimose, completely surrounded by greenery and just steps from the sea, is the brand-new "AMMIRAGLIA" residential complex. The villas feature spacious terraces and gardens, air conditioning, a TV, washing machine, safe, and private uncovered parking. The villa sleeps 5/6 people. Located on the ground floor, it features a front veranda and rear garden, a dining room with kitchenette, hallway, living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds, a bathroom, and a storage/laundry room. There is also an outdoor dining area with an outdoor barbecue, a sink, and an outdoor garden shower.

Minimum stay: 3 days

Prices agreed with Management include linens and towels (shower, hand, and bidet).
Blankets are also included in the winter season.

Energy/water/gas prices are included in the agreed price.
• Extra Services
Late arrivals (after 8:00 PM) are subject to an extra charge of €30.00, while arrivals after 11:00 PM are subject to a €50.00 charge.
Kitchenette cleaning: guest's responsibility.
Deposit: €100.00 refundable at the end of the stay.
