An ancient villa in Gallipoli, 3 km from the sea. This small, historic residence features frescoes and barrel-vaulted ceilings. It is located in an area of significant landscape value. The villa comprises a living room with two sofa beds, an eat-in kitchen, a hallway, a bedroom, and a bathroom. There is a large loggia with an outdoor dining area, an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor shower, and a built-in barbecue in the garden.
Gallipoli, along with other municipalities in Salento, due to the historical importance of its Baroque religious and civil architecture, has been included in the UNESCO tentative list pending eventual recognition as a World Heritage Site.
In the 17th century, Gallipoli developed a variant of the Lecce Baroque style with unique features, the Gallipoli Baroque.
Numerous religious and civil buildings remain from this period. Key features of this style include floral and angelic decorations. The city has been included in the UNESCO Tentative List pending eventual recognition as a World Heritage Site.

Late arrivals (after 8:00 PM) are subject to an extra charge of €30.00, while arrivals after 11:00 PM are subject to a €50.00 charge.
Kitchenette cleaning: guest's responsibility.
Deposit: €100.00 refundable at the end of the stay.
